How long does an item take to ship once purchased? TOP
Products usually ship within 4 days of purchase, but during our peek season it could take up to 2 weeks to ship. (If orders are needed quicker feel free to email us to see if the order can be shipped sooner) Orders will be processed Monday- Friday. We use USPS as our method of shipping. We do offer next day and 2 day shipping via FedEx at an additional cost. We are working on offering international shipping, we will post here once it has been put in place.
How can I check my order status? TOP
Once you have placed an order with Homeschool Boutique, you can check the current status by clicking on the Order Status at the bottom of any page or by clicking here
. You will need to have your order number and your email address handy. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to you when your order was placed.
Can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes, you can. Just email us before you place the order and we will give you a pickup code that will allow your shipping to be free of charge. We can go in and refund shipping if you change your mind from shipping to pickup. Pick up times vary so please email us for pickup availability times.
Why isn't my tracking number working? TOP
Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to update. If your tracking number isn't working it may be your order was newly placed, wait 24 hours and try checking it again. We use www.usps.com for our orders and sometimes they can be a little slow updating.
How can I track my order? TOP
We use www.usps.com to ship most orders. If your order has been shipped overnight or 2 day we ship those through Fed Ex, which you can track at www.fedex.com.
What is your policy on returns? TOP
Here at Homeschool Boutique we want you to love what you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us. If we can't fix the issue we will without questions accept your return. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.
If you are wanting an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) free of charge. If your item is not in stock or no longer available we will be happy to issue a refund or a different item of your choice.
When requesting a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please take note: You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed or worn items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it. This very rarely happens, but the only exception to this is if you had rhinestones falls off during the normal washing or wearing process.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. We also cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

How do I care for for my Homeschool Boutique T-shirts? TOP
Regular t-shirt care instructions: Machine wash cold water with similar colors. Be sure to turn inside out. Tumble dry low, cool iron only. Do not iron decoration.
Rhinestone shirt care instructions: Machine wash inside out cold water with like colors. Air dry when possible, tumble dry low when must. Normal iron setting, do not iron decoration.
